Refunds and Exchanges

My goal is your satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, it may be EXCHANGED within 14 days of delivery confirmation. There are NO REFUNDS. We can only accept ORDER EXCHANGES.

Customers are responsible for paying return postage and will be assessed a $11.85 shipping and handling fee for the exchanged item.

I cannot accept returns of items that are customer specific designs, worn, altered, laundered or damaged by the purchaser. Items must be in original condition and packaged with all original tags and labels as shipped. Seasonal and holiday items are not eligible for exchange.

Shipping and handling costs are NOT refundable.

To assure proper credit, all returns are subject to our inspection upon receipt.

Mail your product with a printed email receipt. Please ship via insured mail or carrier with tracking number to me to prevent confusion or miscommunication. Return shipping cost and original shipping and handling are not refundable unless item is manufacturer defective when shipped.

Cancellation requests can only be honored for orders that have not been placed into production.

Customer is responsible for providing correct shipping information. Customer is responsible for additional shipping cost on items returned to us for this reason.
